The Roberts bought Dancing Fish Cottage in 1996.
Island legend has it that the cottage was once a small church, but when the Roberts bought the cottage, it was a fisherman's shack.
Dancing Fish Cottage is "hand made" by the Roberts and their friend Ernie Muro. Walls, floor, tiling, rooms were all created over a three year period. The paintings in the house are Jack Robert's artwork.
There is a front porch, and a large screened-in back porch ideal for late evening suppers with friends.
The good-sized backyard is filled with island plants.
"Don't be surprised if the plants answer to names such as Allen".
Allen is the Hawaiian hibiscus tree in the center of the yard as the plants were all named after friends or relatives that have visited over the years.
The cottage has ample room outside to park a small boat for those who bring one down for fishing.
Jack and Martha Robert hope you enjoy their house, care for it, and have as wonderful an adventure on the island as they have.
